We’re happy to announce the launch of our data protection tool which enables the following features

• Data masking of sensitive data
• Policy based access control
• MFA for acesssing databases
• Privileged controls for database privileged users

Where would this feature be used?

There are many times when organizations need to expose data to analysts., but do not want to provide access to all the data, all the time. At the same time it is difficult to control access to the local user account, disable access, change passwords when the user is done or provide time restricted access to the data. Further it is difficult to ensure that an actual human is accessing the data and that no exports or large scale reads are happening.

For all of these use cases, AuthNull’s data protection solution works by introducing a proxy which enables data masking, privileged access control i.e. the ability to control the user access together with conditional controls like time based access, biometric MFA and much more.
